We know how passionate Kiwis are about chocolate. And we know some of the changes we’ve made over the past 12 months haven’t been popular with everyone.

The love and trust Kiwis have shown us is so important to us – and respecting this love is our number one priority. And while we can’t change some things – such as where some of our products are made – we can do other things.

So this forum is for us to hear from you. Tell us the things that you’d like to see us do. It may be about how we can help benefit New Zealand communities – for example, by using our Fundraiser product – or how you’d love us to create a club where Kiwis can get free chocolate, or be the first to try new products.

We can’t promise we’ll be able to do absolutely everything – but we’ll certainly take all of your suggestions seriously to see what we can do. And you can be sure you’ll hear back from us.

    • Hi Kuddiie, thanks for letting us know you enjoyed Marble. Unfortunately it is no longer sold in New Zealand due to a lack of enough continuing interest from consumers. However it is still produced & sold in Australia, so you may be able to find it in specialty stores or perhaps you could have an Australian friend send you some.

  3. Hi there – Has Cadbury’s Bournvita been discontinued? I used it a lot for baking, and one of my children’s favourite biscuits are bournvita biscuits, which I made a lot. Is there anywhere I can get bournvita? Thanks

    • Hello Katheryn, unfortunately Duo was deleted due to declining performances. We do continually monitor consumer demands and preferences so a similar product could be introduced in future if the demand was there.

    • I also have been trying to get Duo only to discover that it has been deleted – it was my favorite chocolate bar as it isn’t too sweet, a delicious blend. It is unfortunate that it has been deemed as unpopular – hopefully it will return to the shelves in the future. In the meantime, what has happened to all the stock that simply disappeared overnight – was it “freebies” for all those people who decided that it was “unpopular”

      • Hi, thanks for letting us know you loved our Duo block. While we don’t currently have plans to produced it again, we are always reviewing our product range, so a similar product may return in the future.

The last stock would of still been sent to stores, however might of been placed on sale by the stores and has most likely been sold out by now.

    • Hi Pauline, Rocky Road is still available in most Supermarkets throughout NZ. Individual Stores may decide to delist a product, however we can assure you that we are still making it, and lots of Countdown Stores are stocking Rocky Road. Perhaps you can persuade your local Supermarket to re-stock Rocky Road!

Jumped online to find an address to e-mail you at, or a number to phone you at and could find only this open forum. Could someone please e-mail me back to discuss. 7. Hi Cadbury,
I love the Russian fudge that you make but I have a problem, I can only buy it in a bag which also has chocolate fudge – your product Duets.I do not like chocolate fudge so I am forever buying bags of Duets and giving the chocolate fudge to my work mates. While this is good for them in the last bag of Duets that I bought I only got 5 pieces of Russian fudge in the whole bag. Please tell me where I can buy your Russian fudge on it’s own. Regards, RFL

  9. Hi, I love the strawberry shaped Roses chocolates in the red wrapper but have noticed that it now seems to be all fondant without the thin layer of gooey red jam? That was the best bit. Thanks.

  10. Hello
My name is Jahla and I am 10 years old (nearly 11!). I love the fruit bursts a lot! I was just wondering if you had thought about making a blueberry fruit burst? I reckon all fruit burst fans would love it :)
When you do, I would love to try it out on behalf of NZ to let them know it is as yummy as the other fruit burst flavours!!! Thank you, Jahla :)

    • Hello Grace,

Achieving Fairtrade Certification is complex process that takes time. Cadbury has begun with its biggest seller the Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate because it has two main ingredients that can be Fairtrade Certified, cocoa and sugar. Other products such as Caramello have additional ingredients such as fillings, wafers, caramel etc and each of these needs to be individually Fairtrade Certified.

It is our long term goal to increase the number of Fairtrade certified products in our range; in fact last year we introduced our first Fairtrade Easter Egg. So please stay tuned for more updates.
