We know how passionate Kiwis are about chocolate. And we know some of the changes we’ve made over the past 12 months haven’t been popular with everyone.
The love and trust Kiwis have shown us is so important to us – and respecting this love is our number one priority. And while we can’t change some things – such as where some of our products are made – we can do other things.
So this forum is for us to hear from you. Tell us the things that you’d like to see us do. It may be about how we can help benefit New Zealand communities – for example, by using our Fundraiser product – or how you’d love us to create a club where Kiwis can get free chocolate, or be the first to try new products.
We can’t promise we’ll be able to do absolutely everything – but we’ll certainly take all of your suggestions seriously to see what we can do. And you can be sure you’ll hear back from us.
Have to say I’m very dissapointed in the creme eggs now they are made off shore, the taste is nowhere near as nice as it was, don’t know if its the milk products from other countries or what but I used to go throughabout 70 creme eggs over the couple of months they were in the shops and now I only buy one or two and only if I’m really desperate for a choc fix.

Hi, Was very disappointed that when I opened my cake of Old Gold to use in baking that half the block looked like it had melted and was very thin. I have taken a photo of it.
